Account Coordinator: Help manage accounts for busy Account Executives by communicating with clients to get jobs produced, help track and report results, help with new business development including sending pitch letters and promotional mailings to targeted groups and follow up on existing accounts to schedule meetings and conference calls.
Account Executive: Help promote our services, make presentations to clients and offer proposals. Manage existing accounts and help bring in new business. Offer creative approaches to communicating the key messages of our clients, utilizing print, audio, video and online formats.
Media Relations: Help get placements in newspapers, on the air at radio and TV stations, on web sites and utilize social media to create an awareness of the key messages for our clients. Maintain our existing database and help develop additional resources for spreading the word about our feature news.
