Sunday School Teacher Of The Year (NAPSA)—Acardboard maze in a church gym recently helped children find their way through an important Bible lesson. But the maze didn’t just capture students’ interest. It also helped Jim and Heide Blair become the 2004 Sunday School Teachersof the Year. A contest lets people give back to their Sunday Schoolteachers. The Sunday School Teacher of the Year Award gives away a vacation for two to Hawaii and a $500 gift certificate redeemable for Sunday School teaching resources from Gospel Light, the sponsor of the campaign. There are more than 15 million Sunday School teachers in the U.S., many of whom find unique ways to teach the Bible and life lessons. The Award serves as a way to give back to people whogive so much of themselves. Churches across America are invited to set aside the third Sunday in October as a day to honor Sunday School teachers like the Blairs.
