ELECTRICAL SAFETY Seasonal Safety Message (NAPSA)—The National Electrical Safety Foundation (NESF) urges consumersto use the following cold-weathersafety tips: Plug space heaters directly into the outlet—do not use an extension cord—andplace them at least three feet away from any Cold weather meanselectrical heating devices, which require extra caution. flammable material, such as cur- tains or draperies, upholstery or loose paper, and out of reach of small children andpets. * Do not tuck electric blankets into mattresses or underchildren, don’t put comforters or bedspreads on top, and never allow pets to sleep on them whenin use. Makesureall electrical products and their power cords are in good repair and certified by an independent testing lab such as UL, CSA or ETL. Unplug them whennotin use.
