Healthy Chicken Pasta Primavera 1 lb. boneless, skinless, frozen chicken breast, thawed, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 Thsp.olive oil 8 oz. pasta 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables % cup reduced-fat Italian salad dressing % cup fat-free sour cream % cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 Thsp. skim milk In skillet, cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until done.
