Wine Country Chicken Salad 3 Thsp. low-fat buttermilk 1 Thsp. light sour cream 1 Thsp. light mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. chopped chives Salt and pepperto taste % lb. roasted chicken breast, pulled into 1-inch pieces % cup red seedless grapes, halved % cup choppedcelery % cup sliced California Black Ripe Olives 4 cups mixedbabylettuces, washed and torn 2 Tbsp. toasted chopped pecans or almonds California Black Ripe Olives offer taste, texture, color and healthy monounsaturated fat in this delicious chicken salad. Directions: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Mix in chives and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
