Family Favorite Lamb Leg with Roasted Potatoes Preparation time: 15 minutes Cook time: 2 to 2% hours 7-8 pounds bone-in American Lambleg, trimmed of visible fat Salt and pepperto taste 12 medium red potatoes 2 tablespoonsoliveoil 1 tablespoon kosher salt % cup orange marmalade 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds 2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed Coat potatoes with oil and place around edgeof roasting pan.
