SWEET GEORGIA PEACH SALSA Yield: About 3’ cups 2 cups peeled and chopped Georgia peaches % cup choppedredbell pepper % cup seeded, chopped cucumber % cup sliced green onion 1 to 2 tablespoons seeded, finely minced jalapefio pepper 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoonslime juice 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro Combine all ingredients.
