Royal Pecan Rice Stuffing Y% cup butter % cup chopped onions % cup chopped celery 3 cups cooked Royal Blend rice \% cup chopped pecans, toasted Y% cup chopped parsley Salt, to taste 4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning In large skillet, saut onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into casserole, cover tightly and bake at 375 F, 15-20 minutes. Tip: Recipe may be doubled and used to stuff a 10-12-lb. turkey.
