Defenders Benefits For Veterans (NAPSA)—How can military servicemen and women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan find health, disability and job placement benefits that meet their needs? That’s an important question AMVETS will pose to thousands of veterans during the National Symposium for the Needs of Young Veterans. Participants in the Oct. 18-21 event, keynoted by retired Army General Tommy national symposium for the O ‘ YOUNG VETERANS HOSTED BY AMVETS An upcoming symposium asksif America’s veterans are getting the benefits they need and deserve. Franks and featuring country music stars Lee Greenwood and Darryl Worley, will make recommendations to improvespecific health care, disability and jobtraining programs for veterans. The employmentrights of military personnel will also be examined, as well as the causes of homelessness among veterans. Benefits for National Guard and Reserve will also be sought.
