Pumpkin Spice Muffins (makes 15 muffins) Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 cups whole wheatflour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. e Place applesauce in sieve; drain 5 to 10 minutes.
