= Shriners \ NEWS & NODES Shriners Hospitals To Be Focus Of PBS TV Series (NAPSA)—Shriners Hospitals for Children will be in the spotlight early in 2002 on a 13-week healtheare series on PBS, titled KidHeatth. The entire series will focus on children’s health and will be videotaped on location at the Shriners Hospitals and their affiliated facilities. Each week’s seg- ment will feature Shriners Hospi- tals’ physicians, staff, research personnel and projects, and the hospitals’ patients. Hosting the KidHealth series will be Peggy Fleming, a Gold Medal winnerat the 1968 Olympic Winter Games as a skater and an on-air analyst for the past 20 years with ABC Sports. According to Imperial Potentate Kenneth W. Smith, “We are very pleased to have our hospital system showcased to millions of viewers on the cable system. “PBS is the world’s largest broadcast network, in termsof its number of affiliated stations. Each week, the network has about 91 million viewers in 55 million households.
