An updated version of the The Three Little Pigs has just been released. In this moderntelling, houses of straw and brick still exist, but the story now makes room for video games and aliens from outer space. However, in her take on the story, author Janet Adams Strong, Ph.D., emphasizes a numberoflife lessons that can be gleaned from the fact the stone house is still standing at the end. These include: Always use the right materials for the right job, * Don’t let strangers in your house, and If you want something to stand the test of time, build it with quality products.
