Toys That Meet The Need (NAPSA)—Children learn at their own pace, and the right toys can help. The most enjoyable and educational toys may be the ones that help children strengthen important skills. One place you can find toys to fit your child’s need—and help support children with special needs—is a newly revamped Web site called www.AblePlay.org. The site reviews toys from the current marketplace and helps gift givers decide which are best for a child. A site that helps find toys tofit the need also helps children with special needs. Suggestions are broken into disability category, as well as the possible developmental benefits of each toy. As an added bonus, the site helps support the National Lekotek Center, a division of Anix- ter Center. The nonprofit provides family-centered, play-based services for children with disabilities. According to Children’s Hospi- tal Boston’s “Children’s News,” an estimated 10 million families have a youngster with physical, developmental or emotional disabilities and chronic medical problems.
