Now, Davis is an inaugural hero for the Volvo for Life Awards—a national program to celebrate individuals doing extraordinary things. Award organizers are seeking nominations for individuals making outstanding contributions in safety, environment or quality of life. Judges will select 10 finalists to each receive $10,000. Three winners will be selected and a $50,000 contribution will be made in the name of each winner to a charity of his or her choice. One overall winner will receive a Volvo for life.
