First, copy digital photos of your family into a standard software document, so that each face measures under 2”. Print them out on 8 1/2” x 11” sheets of Fujifilm photo paper. Next, cut them out. Make tags by cutting 3” x 6” rectangles from colored card-stock paper. If you like, you can cut off the corners for a sharp, shipping-tag shape. Family members choose the right photos and useglue stick to make a tag for each gift. Most kids can write or copy “To:” and “From:” with red and green markers. Kids can add personal touches with stickers, crayons or rubber stamps. Get the kids involved in crafting gift wrap and gift bags too. Gardening or package twine is a natural and inexpensive alternative to ribbon, as well as a tie fora gift tag. String bells for that extra zing. And remember paper-cut snowflakes? Your kids only need a little help with folding and snip- ping, and they’ll love unfolding their masterpieces. With tissue paper andchild-safe scissors, your grade-school youngsters will turn out a blizzard-full of snowflakes.
